Exciting opportunities and staying in touch
Dear Toolkit trained mediators,
This month it is exactly 1 year ago that the first Greek spoken mediator trainings with Greek trainers started in Piraeus. Today we are very proud that over 300 professionals have been trained through the Toolkit program at PMC. I would like to thank and congratulate the trainers, Dimitra, as well as Maria, Danae and Christos for the excellent work that they have been doing. And also express my gratitude for the collaboration with PMC-KEDIP and the Piraeus Bar Association and the Piraeus Chambers. Moreover I would like to congratulate all of you for absolving the program! For those of you who are taking the written exams of the Ministry today: we wish you successful results and will be thinking of you.
I’m writing to you to inform you about a couple of things:
• Those of you who have passed the assessment: please note that you went through an IMI (International Mediation Institute) Qualified Assessment Program (more). Meaning that once you have gained practical experience as a mediator, you can become an IMI certified mediator after a short oral assessment where you discuss the mediation cases that you did with an assessor. Before this you can join YMI, the Young mediators initiative. More info click here.
• Many of you have asked how to stay in contact with me. A good way is to connect on LinkedIn. Make sure that you write in your request to connect that you have been trained in a Toolkit Program and I will surely connect with you.
• We also received a lot of requests for follow-up trainings. There will be several exciting opportunities for you in May and June. To you as Toolkit Company alumni’s we can offer a 10% alumni discount and/or an early registration discount on selected courses.
